Jontavious Johnson is a graduating senior, Theatre and Performance major, at Morehouse College. He was born and raised right here in Decatur and a proud alumnus of Southwest Dekalb High School, where he participated in many activities. He loves serving others and is well involved with his community. While in school, he teaches youth theatre arts classes at South Fulton Arts Center and serves on campus and around the city with organizations such as the Collegiate 100 Atlanta. He plans to further his career in acting upon graduation. However, he also wants to further his education pursuing his Master’s in Fine Arts. His long term goal is to become a Professor in Acting after leaving his imprint in the entertainment industry. Jontavious refuses to live his life without serving others, and insists that wherever his career may take him he will continue to give toward the progression of his people.
